This patient had previously undergone abdominoplasty by another Plastic Surgeon. She was very dissatisfied with her results. She had a complaint of residual skin laxity, residual lipodystrophy (fat), and poorly designed incisions with poor scars. She underwent revision lipoabdominoplasty. Her cosmetic result is excellent and she is now more self confident regarding her figure.
