Case 54
This patient had chin augmentation by another physicain. His implant choice was inappropriate and the implant was placed in a subcutaneous plane. This resulted in a mobile implant that was not cosmetically appealing. Her implant was removed and an extended anatomic implant was placed in the subperiosteal plane. Her cosmesis is greatly improved and her implant is stable.
