This patient had a complaint of severe back and shoulder pain due to her massive breast hypertrophy and ptosis. She was also developing severe rashes under her breasts. She underwent bilateral breast reduction. Her back and shoulder pain is completely resolved. Her cosmesis and self confidence is greatly improved.
