This patient had 5 previous breast augmentations by several surgeons. She was dissatified with the size and shape of her breasts. She also had a complaint of abdominal fat and poorly fitting clothing. She underwent revision breast augmentation and liposuction. Her breasts are now more symmetric and have a greatly improved cosmetic result. Her abdominal contour is also greatly improved.
