This patient had a history of a motor vehicle injury. She had a severe nasal injury from this. She underwent two surgeries by another physicain to improve her nose. Unfortunately, the results of these surgeries were unsuccessful. She underwent revision rhinoplasty. Her nasal breathing is now greatly improved and her cosmetic result is excellent. This surgery was performed by Gregory W. Pippin, M.D., F.A.A.C.S., Louisiana's only Triple Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeon.
