This patient had a complaint of small breasts and abdominal lipodystrophy. She desired breast augmentation and liposuction. I advised against liposuction and I counseled the patient extensively on diet and exercise. I performed breast augmentation through a periareolar incision in the Total Submuscular plane with 650 cc High Profile Saline Implants. She has followed the "Slim in 6" program by Beachbody religiously. She has lost over 180 pounds through diet and exercise. The results of her Breast Augmentation are excellent.
