This patient had a complaint of breast involution (shrinkage) and ptosis (droopiness) after numerous pregnancies. She desired fuller, perkier breasts. She underwent Breast Augmentation with 750 cc High Profile Silicone Implants. Her cosmesis is greatly improved. This surgery was performed by Gregory W.
