This lady had a complaint of severe back and shoulder pain from her large pendulous breasts. She has a history of scoliosis, which has resulted in torso rotation. She desired smaller, perkier breasts. She underwent breast reduction. Her cosmetic result is excellent. This surgery was performed by Gregory W.
