This patient had a complaint of a large, flat nose. She did not like the width to her nasal bridge and tip. She also had a compaint of large nostrils. She underwent rhinoplasty. People are no longer distracted by a large nose and are now able to appreciate her beauty. Her cosmetic result is excellent. This surgery was performed by Gregory W.
